Sariban buys dried fruit at origin and sells it into food markets worldwide. The buying runs through a network of producers across the Euro-Asia region, built up over more than a decade of working the same harvests with the same people.
That network is what a buyer is really paying for. When a specification lands on our desk, we already know who grows it, who packs it to that calibre, and what the season is likely to do — so an enquiry from Hamburg, Montréal or Singapore comes back with an origin, a price and a date.
